Now here's a novelty to cut down on traffic congestion instead
of creating additional running lanes......
Instead of creating additional motorway running lanes, why
not introduce High Occupancy Lanes (car sharing to you and
me) and about to be implemented on Junctions 7 to 10 of the
M1.
If the HOV scheme is successful, it is likely to be extended
to cover Junctions 10-13 of the M1
