No-win no-fee compensation claims Submitted by: Jim

M1 Widening Scheme
You will no doubt be receiving a speculative letter any time
now from companies who would like to undertake a "No
Win No Fee" compensation claim on your behalf for the
M1 widening works.
The likelihood of you receiving any compensation is fairly
remote and these companies are very shrewd in using the system
to their advantage.
You are unlikely to be represented as an individual and similar
compensation claims to your own will be grouped and submitted
together however, (and this is the benefit to the companies
concerned) they (the company working on your behalf) are entitled
to receive a fee from the government to represent you for
each and every claim even though claims have been grouped
together.
There is also no guarantee of you receiving any compensation
but the fees to the agent are paid in every case.
